Us scientists are about to find a way for nuclear waste cleaning. The United States are one of the countries which use less nuclear energy.
After the production of the energy, there is nuclear waste and it is one of the biggest problems when it comes to environmental protection. Now scientists from the University of Texas claim they discovered a solution to this problem. The three researchers found an easy way to deal with that through pairing nuclear fusion and fission.
The method for nuclear waste cleaning is called Super X Divertor and it received its patent in August. According the scientists from the US University, the waste can be destroyed by fusion process which can fuses the nuclei created during the process of energy production.
This new invention will probably be ready for tests in 2015 and the first cleaned nuclear waste will hopefully be in the UK where the first results may be watched.
