The annual RHS Flower Show starts today Wednesday, July 18 to Sunday, July 22. Tatton’s gardeners are preparing an award-winning garden for Cheshire East Council. Visitors have been coming and going all impressed by the spectacular gardening masterpieces Tatton gardeners have been creating for 14 consecutive years. Gardening artists have already won 20 gold and silver medals, creating japanese, Zen or even medieval gardens.
This year’s gardening event is titled Interplantatary Travel – A Flight of Fancy related to the Tatton’s aeronautical legacy and thematic park arts biennial 2012 Flights of Fancy.
Tatton’s park RHS Flower Show is out of this world, as the idea is sending plants and flowers not only internationally but also in outer space and other worlds and civilizations. Silver and grey will be the dominant colours, plants located in a desert-like barren land representing moon land and space-like terrain.
The spectacular innovative garden works of art will be exhibited Wednesday, July 18 to Sunday, July 22. The entrance fee is £28 a day, discounts on advance booking are available. RHS members pay £19.50 only.
